For my first day of camp,we first assembled at our school canteen and waited for around half an hour.After waiting,we departed for the camp...When we reached camp,we had a full briefing for all the days and then we went into our bunks and then after that started with lunch.After lunch, my group started with my favourite activity,KAYAKING!!!Since we were the first group,we had to drag the kayak down to the sand and had another briefing.Before going onto the kayak and into the water,we first had to go in the water and float with our PFD.A PFD is actually like a life jacket but different in certian ways.After that we had to do the rockwall...I did not get a chance to do it as it suddenly rained...We all had to go to the canteen to assemble again then we had outdoor cooking!We had to cook our own food that was given to us.Mine turned out to be a success!After that, we had to wash up and I met my other friends at the washing station and all of them were holding on to their stomachs.They all had a tummy ache!I was quite suprised as I did not have a tummy ache but they did.After everyone finnished washing up and putting their eating utensils back into their bunks, we had a sing-along prelude!It lasted for 1 and a half hours and we were all exhausted after that.Later we had our night snack and then a night briefing.After the briefing, we were told to go back to our bunks to get our camp booklets to write our reflections.By the way, at that time we had not had a bath yet and my group was still covered in sea water so it was very uncomfortable.It was really late and many people were already yawning so we were dismissed once all of us were done.All of us quickly went to the toilet with our stuff and had our baths.The water was as cold as ice!I was completely awakened up by the water and was not sleepy anymore.I only slept at around 2 plus and was woken up at 3 plus!I did not even get a proper rest after a whole day of activities!I was really tired but I had no choice so I went to take another cold bath.
